Opel Corsa E at Paris Motor Show 2014 - Five millimeters closer to the tarmac of the new Opel Corsa has now moved and at the Paris Motor Show of successful small cars of Hesse now celebrated its world premiere. The Small Opel Corsa I had recently at the Paris Motor Show its grand entrance, to which even the ex-supermodel Claudia Schiffer looked over. Besides the already mentioned assistance systems, the Small holds up well under the hood a lot of new features available: a 1.0-liter turbocharged direct injection petrol engine, which will be developed with 90 and 115 hp, should provide plenty of power. Both variants give respectively 170 Nm maximum torque. The 90 hp version will be satisfied with just 4.3 liters per 100 km.

Also new to the program: The 1.4-liter turbo gasoline engine with 100 hp. Completing the motor portfolio from now Euro-6 compliant 1.3 CDTI engine with 75 or 95 hp. The fuel-efficient variant should approve only 3.2 liters of diesel three-door Corsa to 100 km. The prices for the fuel-saving miracle start at 11,980 euros for the version with three doors. Two more doors hit with 750 € extra in the wallet. Production start is planned for later this year.
