Suzuki Swift Sport: Dynamic Light Weight

At IAA 2017 in Frankfurt, the new Suzuki Swift Sport will present a dynamic lightweight in September. What we already know about the sports version of the sixth Swift generation can be found in here.

Sporty small cars have a long tradition with the Japanese. Low weight and more than enough engine power make the fans of the small curve fliers higher. In September 2017, another model will be added to the Suzuki Swift Sport at the IAA. Before the premiere, there is an official photo and some equipment details for you. Unfortunately, the Japanese are still back on the technical data. However, it is probably assumed that the 1.6-liter suction gasoline with 136 hp from the predecessor probably. The performance in the new Sport-Swift should be slightly higher. For example, the 1.4-liter turbo benzine with 140 HP from the Vitara would be conceivable.

The dynamic light weight has also decently slimmed down. If the predecessor still weighs 1,120 kilograms, the new variant offers the possibility that the 1,000-kilogram mark will be undercut, as already in the basic version the developers have been able to save 120 kilograms. When styling, the new ones have been subtly and subtly re-sharpened with sports ambitions. A honeycomb grille in the radiator grille as well as a front skirt with additional spoiler lip are still the most noticeable features. Darkly lit headlights, black side skirts, 17-inch light-alloy wheels, dark-tinted rear windows and a glare-yellow outer lacquer are further discreet accents of the sport look. The predecessor version was as a three-doorer still from 18.500 euro to have. The new one would then probably be something more.
