With the recently available Jaguar E-Pace, those in charge want to outperform the sales figures of the very successful F-Pace in Germany. The big brother sold 3,397 times in this country last year, making up more than half of the British's total turnover in the German market. If the at least 34,950 euros expensive compact SUV topped these numbers, it has to score right from the start with the customers. The systems are available.

The almost 4.40 meter long SUV is based on the brand brother Range Rover Evoque. From him, the British equipped with an optional four-wheel drive then takes over the "Active Driveline" four-wheel clutch, so now there are two disconnect couplings on the rear axle, which should have a positive effect on the traction. The offered equipment packages are S, SE, HSE and the R-Dynamic package.

The E-Pace is powered by three diesel engines in power levels between 150 hp and 240 hp. The prices vary between 34,950 euros for the base diesel, about 39,550 euros for the D180 AWD and 52,475 euros for the D240 AWD. The petrol versions are two variants to choose from: the 249 hp 250 AWD for at least 42,350 euros and the 300 hp 300 AWD, which gives it from 52,850 euros.

The customers should also be convinced by a comprehensive standard equipment. There are, among others, the LED headlights, the Touch Pro infotainment system, a reversing camera, the emergency brake assist, the lane keeping as well as the attention-getting assistant in the basic configuration for all E-Pace versions. At an additional cost, Matrix floodlights with 20 individually controllable LED units as well as the panoramic roof equipped with darkened glass can be ordered.
