Nissan GT-R Nismo: New Chassis and Revised Aerodynamics

At least 184,950 Euros you have to look for the Nissan GT-R Nismo. For this you get a vehicle with a new chassis and a reworked aerodynamics. Also in the interior there is now a lot of premium flair.

The Japanese have missed their power pack, the Nissan GT-R Nismo, a refreshment. Before we come to the changes, we want to first clarify what remains the same: under the hood still works the well-known 600 hp strong 3.8-liter six-cylinder with twin turbocharging. The two turbochargers with a larger diameter and a higher flow rate, which are modified in comparison to the standard model, ensure a power stroke and a better power deployment.

New, as with all other GT-R models, is also the Nismo the revised front part. A further enlarged radiator grille in V-look now gives even more fresh air to the engine so that the unit can develop a whopping 652 Nm, which is placed on the ground via the six-speed dual clutch transmission and the all-wheel drive. In contrast to the normal GT-R, the front bumper, the side skirts, the trunk lid and the rear spoiler are particularly noticeable.

Even under the sheet metal, there are some new features: the chassis including shock absorbers, springs and stabilizers have been completely revised and optimized. This makes the Nismo even more handy and even more dynamic for the new model year. A modified aerodynamics package completes the offer. In the interior, the leather-covered carbon-fiber seats from Recaro with red Alcantara inserts and the data logger to record the performance on selected race tracks spray pure racing pure. In addition, the touchscreen of the infotainment system has been enlarged to eight inches and the center console has been freed from unnecessary buttons. The Nippon sportsman can be pre-ordered for 184,950 Euros.
