Aeromobil 3.0 Flying by Car?

Who does not dream of flying with his car? Imagine for a moment the time you would save in your travels! Your dream is finally fulfilled!

Aeromobil, a Slovak company, has been developing a flying car since 1990. It is now in the 4th generation of its prototype with Aeromobil 3.0. The Aeromobil is a multifunctional two-passenger car that can take off from 90 mph (144 km / h). It has a top speed on land of 100 mph (160 km / h) and 124 mph (198 km / h) in the air.

The Aeromobil 3.0 is the most advanced flying car prototype to date. The materials used are the same as the models that will be produced in series. This is a safe cockpit with all the necessary aerospace navigation instruments, autopilot and parachute in case of serious failure. The latest version stands out for its rapid deployment of its wings, but above all for the improvement of its suspension. From now on, the Aeromobil can take off and land on more or less accentuated terrain and it can move much more comfortably than in previous versions. The vehicle is transformed from a conventional size car to an aircraft in seconds with wings over 8 meters wide and a habitable 6 meters long.

Finally, the Aeromobil has an autonomy in flight of a little less than 700 kilometers. That being said, the Slovakian carmaker does not fail to remind us of the importance of his research in the history of the automobile and aviation. As for the price, it's a different story.
