The Opel Grandland X will be launched in autumn 2017. The prices starts at 23,700 euros and is therefore only slightly more expensive than another SUV at the brand brother.
As a diesel, there is the 1.6-liter self-ignition with 120 hp and a torque of 300 Nm. The developers rate the consumption of the diesel with 4.6 - 4.3 liters per 100 kilometers. The introduction of further engines is planned in the near future. For all models there is only the front drive. Instead of all-wheel drive technology, both models have a special traction control system. The Grandland X is already the second SUV since the merger with Peugeot. With the Peugeot 3008 the German compact SUV divides the platform and the engines as well as the car body design and the interior. So it is not surprising that there are only slight differences in the price. The French are already with the same engine starting from 23.250 euros.
