Toyota i-Road Concept: ultimate urban vehicle - In Geneva, Toyota presented its concept i-Road as a motorcycle closed 3-wheel electric motors.
Its design aims to facilitate urban mobility, among others, ignoring traffic jams. Please note that passengers are seated in tandem.
Its dimensions are impressive:
- Length 2350 mm;
- Wheelbase 1700 mm;
- Width of 850 mm;
- Height of 1445 mm.
- The car weighs only 300 pounds!
Despite its compact dimensions, the i-Road features two electric motors placed 2 kW at the front wheels, powered by a lithium-ion battery. Through a household socket, fully charge the battery takes only three hours.
The autonomy of the Toyota i-Road Concept is about 50 km at an average speed of 30 km / h and its top speed is 50 km / h.
Very balanced, the front wheels of the small vehicle bow in the direction of the direction chosen by the driver.
