Volvo is working on a flexible fast charger

The Swedish automaker Volvo engineers are on the verge of achieving an unprecedented feat by developing a high performance battery charger.

A new element that would allow batteries to be recharged three-phase six times faster than at present.

Via a charging socket domestic cooldown be around half past one, whereas now it varies between eight and ten hours.

According to the engineers of the brand, charging only thirty minutes is enough to give a range of 80 km.

It is a model C30 engine to fully electric which serves as a guinea pig.

This is a new approach that can minimize major "side effects" of owning a car or autonomy and recharge the batteries.
