This is what one might think at the sight of the first images of the mid-life facelift of the Toyota Land Cruiser / Prado. The 2009 version was already not easy physically and visually, the facelift announced for release in 2014 will looks much easier to bear if we judge by the first images of the 4 × 4 Toyota history.
The front benefits from new headlights that incorporate LED daytime, the grille is more prominent and the bumper is redesigned to adopt a design that is in the minds of those past achievements as the Toyota RAV4. The Land Cruiser / Prado below is also not helped by the presence of a massive protection before giving a undershot air vehicle.
The rear section is also enhanced but less important since only the lights and the surrounding plate police are changed in their design. New alloy wheels are also expected to appear. Nothing visible at this time in the cockpit and no announcement was made about possible mechanical changes.
The Lexus version of the Land Cruiser GX should also evolve visually including a front face completely in line with that proposed the design of the luxury division of Toyota. Below drawings for the record of the Japanese INPI shows the imminent appearance of the Lexus GX.
