New VW Golf 1.5 TSI Evo Available to order

From now on there is the VW Golf with new 1.5 TSI Evo. Very cheap is the 150 hp strong compact then with a basic price of at least 24.350 euro but also not necessarily. Also the Kombi, called at Volkswagen Variant, is equipped with the new engine - but then of course costs even more.

The revised VW Golf can now also be ordered with the 150 hp petrol engine 1.5 TSI Evo. The four-cylinder turbo petrol engine already develops its maximum torque of 250 Nm at 1,500 rpm and is thus extremely powerful even at low speeds.

And thanks to the variable cylinder cut-off (ACT) and common-rail direct injection, the fresh turbo unit should be powerful and efficient at the same time. The new petrol engine will consume only 5.0 liters per 100 kilometers. If the version with the seven-stage double-clutch transmission is then still selected for 2.000 euros extra, so it is even still 0.1 liters less.

Thanks to the power, the compact bestseller from Wolfsburg sprints from zero to 100 km / h in just over eight seconds and manages it up to tempo 216. Combining the standard golf with the middle comfort line line and the new unit, At least EUR 24,350. The version with the 1.5 TSI Evo costs at least € 26,400. From the middle of the year, the 130-hp version of the 1.5-liter turbo diesel engine will follow.
